This website is operated by Blanks by TSG (“we”, “us”), based at 124 Ross Walk, Leicester, LE4 5HA, England. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Products and orders

We sell blank, unbranded garments intended for personal wear and for decoration and resale. We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen’s display of any colour is accurate, and all sizes and measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information; if we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full. Once a garment has been printed, embroidered, dyed or otherwise decorated, it cannot be returned unless faulty — see our Returns page.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in GBP and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site, and the “Blanks by TSG” name and branding, are our property. Any artwork, prints or designs you apply to our blank garments remain yours — buying an unbranded blank gives you a garment to decorate, not any rights in our brand.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time by posting changes to this page.
