Processing time

All orders ship from England and are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. Larger or wholesale orders may need extra processing time — we’ll email you if so.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days from dispatch, on a tracked service. Shipping is free on orders over £50; below that, the rate is calculated and shown at checkout.

Collection from Leicester

If you’re local, you can collect instead of paying for delivery. Choose Pick up at checkout — it’s free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we’ll email you to arrange a time once yours is. Please don’t travel before you’ve heard from us. Collection is from 124 Ross Walk, Leicester, LE4 5HA, by arrangement.

International delivery

Where international shipping is offered at checkout, delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Order tracking

Tracking details are sent by email when your order is dispatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, email blanksbytsg@outlook.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
