Who we are

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the store and communicate with you:

• Email address — when you sign up for updates, so we can send you news and first access. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Order & contact details (name, address, email, payment confirmation) — when you buy or make an enquiry, so we can process and deliver your order and respond to you. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics about how the site is used, to keep it working and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, or your consent where required.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the store work, who process it on our behalf:

• Shopify — hosts our checkout and processes orders and payments.
• Shopify Email — sends our email updates and manages our mailing list.
• Analytics providers — where enabled, to measure site usage.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies

The site and our checkout use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as your cart) and, where enabled, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal and tax obligations, and marketing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email).
